Confirmed! CAR KEY PRO III key programmer is able to read out immobilizer data with a decent programming tool (recommendation: XPRROG). Here, have tested successfully with BMW CAS4+ and CAS3+

Part 1: Car key pro iii reads BMW CAS4+ data
select AutoSelect to open data. the sw will read out the type automactically
enter ISK or auto read ISK with the working key
put the new key into the recognization areaselect keys for learning
select Prepare key for key programming
when the key is written, it can be used to start the car
no need write data back
Part 2: Car key pro iii reads BMW CAS3+ data
select AutoSelect and open data. the sw will read out the type automactically
enter ISK or auto read ISK with the working key
if there is no working key, manually try it for 16/64 times
select keys for learning
put the new key into the recognization area
select Prepare key for key programming
when the key is written, it can be used to start the car
no need write data back
